2. Our services
Elite Presence offers services including website design and development, WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Bubble.io, FlutterFlow, Google Business Profile assistance, SEO, maintenance, and consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, responsibilities, and price will be stated in a proposal or written agreement.
3. Quotes and project scope
Website prices and packages are starting points unless expressly stated otherwise. A quote may change if requirements, integrations, content volume, third-party costs, or complexity changes. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional time and fees.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for accurate requirements, timely feedback, approved content, brand assets, required account access, and permission to use supplied materials. Delays may affect delivery dates. Clients must review and approve work before launch.
5. Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Deposits, milestones, cancellation rights, and refund conditions will be defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, marketplace order, or project agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, third-party purchases and completed work are non-refundable. Work may pause when payment is overdue.
6. Revisions and approvals
Included revisions will be described in the project scope. A revision changes agreed work; a new feature or major direction change may be additional scope. Approval by email, platform message, or project tool may be relied upon to continue.
7. Intellectual property
Clients keep ownership of materials they supply. After full payment, rights to final custom deliverables will follow the project agreement. Elite Presence retains ownership of pre-existing tools, processes, reusable components, know-how, and materials not created exclusively for the client. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences.
8. Third-party services
Projects may depend on hosting providers, domain registrars, payment services, app stores, APIs, plugins, Google services, Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, Bubble, FlutterFlow, or other providers. Their fees, policies, availability, approvals, and technical changes are outside our control.
9. Results and platform decisions
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, app-store approval, Google Business Profile verification, advertising performance, or outcomes controlled by users, competitors, algorithms, or third parties. We commit to the agreed professional work and transparent reporting, not a guaranteed commercial result.
10. Acceptable website use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business-enquiry purposes. You must not disrupt the website, bypass security, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the website for unlawful activity.
11. Portfolio use and confidentiality
Confidential information will be handled according to the applicable agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may identify completed public-facing work in our portfolio after launch while avoiding confidential business information.
12. Warranties and liability
We provide services with reasonable professional care. Except where required by law or agreed in writing, the website and services are provided without other warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Presence will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss, lost profits, loss of data, or third-party service failures.
13. Changes and termination
Either party may end a project as allowed by the applicable agreement. Amounts due for completed work, committed resources, and non-refundable third-party costs remain payable. We may update these website terms; the latest version will appear here.
